We do not offer any online purchases through our website.

There is no recurring billing or purchases via our website.

Refund Policy

This Law Firm will issue refunds based on a quantum meruit basis. This means that the Law Firm will keep any amounts earned as fees and costs, and will refund any amounts not earned. The Law Firm has a business practice of keeping records referred to internally as “billables.” The billable rate for attorney work is $300/hr, while the billable rate for skilled legal assistant or paralegal work is $150/hr. By making payments on this site, you agree that you are only entitled to a refund of what you have paid minus the Law Firm billables total.
